We ship Monday through Friday from 10am PST to 5pm PST, excluding all holidays in which USPS is closed.

You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information. If you would like to track your package personally please visit the USPS website and use the tracking number that was provided in your automated email.

You can make changes to your order if your order has not already processed through our printing cycle. If your order has already processed, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return/exchange policy.
International orders may be subject to duties/customs fees. We do not have any way to estimate these fees or pay them for you. These fees vary by country. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks (additional weeks during the holiday season) to clear customs and be delivered. We only offer standard ground shipping for international customers.
