  • Buckle measures 3/8" but webbing and fabric is 1/2" wide.
  • Choice of quick-release safety buckle (best for cats) or a regular buckle great for tiny dogs.
  • Quick-release safety buckle. The collar buckle will split should the pet get caught on something to prevent harm.
  • Silver split ring.
  • Comes with or without a decorative silver bell.
