At Oh My Paw'd, we work hard to only offer and make by hand products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will work to make it right.
Some of our customized products cannot be exchanged or returned because of the way it has been personalized. Depending on the product, there may be a resizing or remake fee to get a different style, size, or fix any error not made by Oh My Paw'd. Therefore, we like to set up exchanges and returns on a case by case basis so that we can give you the best option for your situation.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives incorrect or broken. In that case Oh My Paw'd will send you a pre-paid return label. We encourage all customers to purchase tracking when returning their unwanted items. This is your proof of returning should the package end up lost in transit and will assure that you are still refunded in full should it not make it to us.
